This online journal of Political Science has been published since 2017. Each issue contains an analysis from the field of political cultural research. They address the question of how cultural identities affect societies and their political systems and shape international relations. The regional focus is on Europe in a broader sense (European Union, Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans) and neighboring countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region).

The jounal is directed at the specialist community from science and research as well as to the interested public. The analyses inform about current political developments and are committed to an understanding of science, which enlightens and works out various options for action. Democratic societies need such an objective exchange of socio-political concepts and ideas in favour of decisions that benefit their population as a whole and do not serve partial interests.
